Flossie's BBQ
is inspired by Ms. Flossie, grandmother to Michael "D Chef" Moody, Flossie's BBQ's Executive Chef and mother to the owner Cheryl P. Moody. Ms. Flossie was self-taught chef and entrepreneur. Her legacy of unique recipes, spirit of excellence and passion for community can be felt in every dish we whip up. At Flossie's BBQ, we follow in her footsteps by centering family, football and delicious food inside and outside the restaurant.
